I had the best experience purchasing a truck at Diesel of Houston! Lee is a man of his word. Most honest truck salesman I've ever dealt with. When I got my truck in el paso the engine light was on . He had me take it to a repair shop to get diagnosed and took care of the bill. He told me he would make everything right and he came through! I will definitely reccomend diesel of houston to anyone I know needing a vehicle.

I purchased a 2002 F350 about a year ago. Truck had low mileage (160,000) and looked nice so I bought it. Over the last year I had to put 2k into rebuilding the front end and alignment, 1k on a check engine light (ICP) and put new tires and wheels on it 4k. I'm not upset because I knew what I was buying, a 2002 Ford and it wasn't brand new. Still happy to have the truck and I appreciate that Lee did take care of some issues that were fixed when I bought it. Thanks again!

My boyfriend Allen and I purchased a 2014 Ram 2500 from Tony. Without a doubt, it was the BEST customer service we have seen. Tony was a professional from the first phone call until the truck was delivered. We paid for the truck on Friday and it was delivered to us, 800 miles away the next day around noon. The truck was as described with one exception. Given the recent history of this truck, I am confident that this issue was unknown by Tony and Lee. The check engine light came on shortly after we got the truck. The remedy was a very pricey sensor. I contacted Tony and he stepped up to help us resolve this issue. I was reasonable in my expectation and he was quick to help reach a resolution. I can not recommend highly enough Diesel of Houston. A top notch company to deal with. When it’s time for another truck I will make a call to Tony and no one else! Great, great guy to work with. Thanks Tony!

Diesel of Houston is the first dealer that I have dealt with whose first thought is to make sure you have a properly working vehicle. Any repairs that have to be done are paid for and noted prior to purchase. After a price is agreed upon, any problems found upon their post-sale inspection will be repaired at their expense. This dealer's first priority is to make sure you have a properly working vehicle. we never felt that their priority is "moving" a vehicle. The 3 other dealers in the Houston area, seemed to be in a Rush to sell. Your prices are less that comparable vehicles according to all the "Value" estimate websites. Truly satisfied, and I recommend this dealer if you are looking for value that you can count on.

I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram 3500 from these guys while deployed in Africa. They had exactly what I wanted and just had to fire off on it. The truck is gorgeous from the photos I've seen so far. Tony Do helped me thru email (my main point of contact). We set everything up, he worked with me and didn't charge dealer fees. The transport to TN was $800. Delivery was perfect. I won't be able to play with it till this November but my family has assured me its flawless and runs perfectly. Hi, I recently just purchased a vehicle from diesel of Houston they are good people do deal with. The f-350 I purchased after arriving at diesel of Houston was exactly how pictures showed. Drove vehicle straight from there 1100 miles back home. Also this is my third purchase from them I have also purchased two excursions which I’m never had issues with either.

Purchased a 2005 GMC Sierra 2500 sight unseen from Wichita Falls TX. The vehicle was delivered in a timely manner, the customer service was second to none, very honest and extremely easy to work with. If I am ever In the market for another diesel I will absolute go back. I’ve never had a vehicle purchase go so smooth. I was recently in the market for a diesel truck and came across a very good looking truck from Diesel of Houston. I was very inquisitive regarding the truck as I am naturally skeptic and I was located out of state from them. Tony and Lee started an email thread with me and I was on the phone with them with multiple questions and requests. They welcomed every question and Tony was very detailed and focused on his highly qualified and versed responses by email. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service they showed. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from a particular somewhere else but felt the need to communicate with them since they had been so accomodating throughout the entire process. I wrote to Tony to let him know I purchased a vehicle somewhere else and Tony replied happy for me and inviting me to call them in the future if needed. From the beginning to the end the owner was a class act. He gave me a tour of his inventory, which by the way was incredible. I bought a 2017 Ram 2500 Cummins Turbo Diesel from him and it was in incredible condition and well taken care of. The transmission had been replaced with all new parts and he made sure I had the receipt and warranty before I left the building. I bought a truck for my hot shot company. I bought a Ram 5500 with 16’ flatbed. Since I arrived at the dealer to look at the truck Lee was really honest and transparent with everything. The truck has a small issue with a service light on and he took care of that. He made sure everything was good with the truck before I take it home. They detail the truck and looked like brand new. Let me start off by saying I was recommended this place from a buddy. Being a massive dealer like the place is you can always expect a couple bad deals/customers that are usually the people you can just never please. So I called him and set a time to look at one of his trucks and it was exactly as he described. The deal and test drive all went flawlessly. However on the way home I had some issues with the truck. Now this is where the company absolutely did everything they could to help. They could’ve told me “as is, have fun” but they told me to just bring it back (mind you, it’s 9pm) and they took it to the shop and repaired the truck and covered the truck at their own cost. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend. And would buy from them again.

11/22 unfortunately stuff happens and vehicles do break. After Mr Lee went out of his way to help get my truck shipped ahead of schedule and arrived safely I drove my truck for a few days and it had a major hiccup that left me stranded. I say this not to put blame on the quality of truck Mr Lee sold me, but to shed light on the compassion and assistance to resolve the issues I received by Mr Lee. This man answered his phone in the late hours of a Saturday night while with his family all the way in Houston while I was in Louisiana, and from the initial break down to repair covered by Mr Lee he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and kept that as his number one priority. The significance of this is huge because being a wholesale dealership and selling vehicles as is it’s not the sellers responsibility once the title is transferred if anything were to happen or surface. I can’t say enough for the character and integrity this man has and the willingness to back his vehicles and take care of his customers. Through this whole process I’ve had hope in customer service restored and been shown a perfect example good people still exist that put others first. I will without a shadow of a doubt be retuing for my next truck and my fiancé’s next car. Thank you Mr. Lee for being who you are and for becoming a friend. God bless you and your family. 11/10 I first contacted Mr Lee a month or so in advance before purchasing and from the beginning the communication was clear and genuine. I am located out of Louisiana and from start to finish Mr Lee was transparent and went above and beyond to make all info and anything I needed readily accessible at my disposal. Lee was an exceptional guy. Purchased a 2019 RAM 3500 High Output Cummins from him with 161 k miles. There was no hidden stuff or anything deceptive in the transaction. The vehicle being used and at 161k I had it thoroughly inspected and Lee had no issues with letting me run every test I needed. I later that day decided to purchase the vehicle and am a happy owner to put this truck to work. Lee was also kind enough to drive me to the nearest motel as all banks were closed and is an exceptional customer service guy. I definitely recommend, but would also like to say in regards to other reviews I have seen on here giving him low star reviews. If you buy a used truck, you need to inspect thoroughly prior to purchase and make sure that it meets your expectations. All in all this is a higher quality car sales company than others around because Lee makes sure he takes in good vehicles with a good service history.

I dont ever write reviews but with regard to Diesel of Houston I simply had to write a review. Some back story; I needed to buy an F450 dually diesel and have been shopping nationwide for 6 months. I am staying in Califoia for now but I travel full time with my travel trailer. Well, with cash in hand I finally found a 2014 Ford F450, dually, exactly what I wanted. Blue book was just over 31K and I called Lee at Diesel of Houston and when I say it was great working with him I mean it was really great. I had it inspected by an independent mechanic. Everything checked out so I bought it. Lee was professional, answered the dozen questions I had and shipped the truck to me, keeping me informed each step of the way. I can say that Lee is not a typical "car salesman", he is honest and handles every single detail. Not only will I refer anyone who needs a truck to him but he has a customer for life with me. My review will be a little different from most. I didn't purchase a truck from Lee but I can't say enough good things about this company and their president. Sorry for the long review, but I'm an engineer and I am thorough : ) I was looking for a truck and found one that Diesel of Houston had. The price was good, but there was someone local who was already looking at it. They ended up with the vehicle since they were in line first. Lee was very apologetic and understanding when he didn't have to be. He said he would have more vehicles but encouraged me to keep looking even if it wasn't at his dealership. He offered to help me even when there was nothing in it for him! Lee recommended a diesel mechanic that I spoke with who was extremely knowledgeable. The mechanic really knew about Ford diesels! I ended up finding another vehicle (at another dealership!!!) and Lee ran a check for me on a car he wasn't even going to get to sell! I was able to rely on his expertise to help me make a good purchase. How many company owners would do that for someone? You can tell much about the character of people based on how they treat you when there is nothing in it for them. That's why I heartily endorse Lee and Diesel of Houston and encourage you to consider buying from him!

I am a transport driver and had secured a run from Diesel of Houston to the Nashville Tenn. area. I was running late on a Friday and fighting traffic. Lee was very helpful and understanding to the situation. He stayed after hours to talk me in the best way around traffic and make sure everything went smooth for the loading of the vehicle. Lee and another gentleman named Tony were even willing to shuttle the vehicle to meet me somewhere if need be. When I arrived Lee had already locked up but did not hesitate to unlock his building to get me a bottled water and hit the restroom. He also paid for the delivery up front. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle here because I saw first hand what he and his staff were willing to do to help me and his customers. 5 stars all the way!!!!!

He talked to me about what I needed the truck for and made sure he had a good idea of my business The truck Lee sold me was perfect for what I needed and when it was delivered to me in New Mexico it was exactly as represented. The service I received was excellent- no hard sell, all of my questions were answered in a way I could understand (I am not a truck expert). My salesman, Lee was very pleasant, went out of his way to give me any assistance I needed before and after the sale. I am very happy with my truck and I know it will serve me and my ponies well. We are located by Ft Worth and have been looking for about a year for the perfect truck. Lee had it... 4x4, welding bed, manual transmission... so we got in contact with him. He provided excellent communication and even when there was a hiccup with delivery, he helped make it easier on us. He has a large inventory so check him out. You won't be disappointed! A big 100% good experience. Lee is a upstanding honest all around good guy. My husband bought a 2017 Ford 250, on Saturday. We were very leary of going to Houston dealer not knowing what to expect. Great place i was searching for a diesel for a while had no luck with other dealers. They wouldn't even let me test drive without credit check. Came here looked at the trucks and the owner let me test drive the truck without a hassle. Helped me with the banking process and made sure everything went right in the process. The truck had a issue right after i bought it ( Not his fault emission problems ) he quickly responded saying he would take care of it and he did. No issues with the truck great truck!

Had an excellant experience with both Lee the owner and Tony his sales manager. Lee is a perfect example of a man of integrity. After discovering a few cosmetic unknowns Lee stepped up and paid in full without hesitating to make things right. In our world today that is not the norm. My company purchased a truck from Diesel of Houston and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. The vehicle itself runs flawlessly and all of the employees have been helpful and responsive. DOH is very easy to contact and their showroom is second to none. Easy decision on where to buy trucks in the future.

A couple months ago I found 3 trucks I was interested on Diesel of Houston's website so me and my business partner flew down to look them and pick one. Flight down was great, Uber ride there was great, even the initial contact with Tony was great. After driving the one I picked and striking a deal we went back out to check a few things and come to find out...the front driveshaft was missing. Now, this could be a deal breaker and Tony could have been like "too bad for you"...he did everything but that. He apologized up and down, offered to drive us to a hotel and pick us back up the next day, and was even on the phone tracking down a driveshaft immediately as well as getting the mechanic on standby. He told us it would be the next day since it was 5pm and he was closing but he didn't stop there...he got his people going and was at our hotel in 2hrs from the time we were dropped off to take us back to the truck that was now complete. Tony went above and beyond what any other dealer has done to ensure we left feeling good about the purchase. 2 months later and this truck has been flawlessly making money for us up here in Iowa. I thought I was just going to leave with a truck but tus out I left with a new friend also. Thank you Tony, we'll see you on the next one!

I purchased my 2003 F350 dually from Lee and Tony at Diesel of Houston a week after finding the perfect 7.3L Ford truck on their website which had just been reduced by $2000. I received it in immaculate condition despite it's 300,000 miles. I have had it for a year now and have had the opportunity to stretch it's legs with 50,000 miles of joyous driving! I'd do business with them again in a heartbeat!

I waited until I've driven this truck awhile before writting a review, 1200 miles so far For online buyers Lee is quite responsive via texts, calls and emails. I bought this truck sight unseen, I chose this truck based on his photos and my knowledge of the 6.7l family. I called to clarify a few things about THIS truck before "pulling the trigger". Lee answered everything quickly and clearly. He also sent me a nice video of the truck running, its features and close up of everything. I made the purchase online / emails t texts then flew in and drove it 900+ miles home. I've had no issues, no codes etc.. just one amazing truck. His shipping prices were more then fair, I just had some airline miles to spend and wanted it "now" lol. Best part is AFTER I signed the paperwork and got the truck funded Lee continued to work on the truck making sure it was perfect. Including a re-dye of the King Ranch leather seats and new shocks. Couldn't ask for better customer service one could ask for.
